Wildwood BBQ Bash 2014

At this year’s 10th Annual Wildwood BBQ Bash, WOODSMOKE BBQ & Windowsills Pies boldly re-introduced ourselves under our new name (formerly Windowsills Cafe & Marketplace), with our new logo, fresh BBQ menu items, new tent design and even new staff gear. We were excited to unveil our new look to the community!

The WOODSMOKE BBQ & Windowsills Pies booths were open for business and, thanks to our awesome staff, we served perfectly-smoked pulled pork and ribs, our event specials Triple Hog Heaven and Chopped Hoisin Brisket, and our scratch-made mini fruit cobblers and homemade lemonade. It was a true BBQ feast.

And, the best news yet! WOODSMOKE BBQ Pitmaster Jeff Allee led the team for the BBQ competition and proudly accepted the Chef’s Special 5th Place Award (of 100 entries) for our Smoked & Braised Beef Short Rib and Butternut Squash Puree with veal & sweet pepper glaze. Congrats to Jeff, Chef Jose and the WOODSMOKE team on this BBQ award!
